Suzanne M. Joy joined the firm as a real estate assistant beginning in 2018 following the retirement of longtime employee Margaret Deaton. Suzanne is highly experienced in the worlds of finance and property and even worked with Wall Street brokers prior to moving to North Carolina.

Christopher Auman joined our firm in the summer of 2020 as a first term intern, then a permanent Estates Assistant.  Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Assistant ESL Teacher for Guilford County Schools. A polyglot, Chris is conversationally fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and received his undergraduate degree in Spanish Languages, Literature, and Culture.

Our firm’s philosophy is to try to treat our clients the same way we would like to be treated ourselves, to operate in a professional manner, and to give our best effort at all times.  We feel that, even with modern technology, the client has the right to talk to a person about his/her business and we do not add to your bill if you want to tell us about your kids or grandchildren.
